The team

The IT Team of 15 is divided into sub-teams – Infrastructure, Telecoms, Networking and Security, Service Desk, Training, Systems Development and Project Management.

The role

We are looking for someone to work alongside the Head of IT and IT Programme Manager to help facilitate improvements around the utilisation of systems, best practice as well as looking into the application of existing technology to improve user experience and efficiency.

The role will therefore require close collaboration with the business systems development and project management teams in IT and the business stakeholders within our operating departments.

This position will suit an individual with a strong experience in process improvement, solutions focused, with  good technical skills and who is comfortable leading all aspects of technical delivery.

Purpose

To facilitate development, support and upgrade of the firms’ critical business systems, workflows and processes

Experience

  • At least 5 years Business Analysis experience
  • Previous law firm or professional services experience  
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the following areas - financial, document management, case management workflows and other business processes and workflows
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office 365 a plus
  • Report writing for a non-tech senior management audience
